OUR STORY

built from the inside out.

“I didn’t go to school for marketing. I learned it by doing it. Inside of a real business looking for real customers.”

I started in a restaurant, not as a social media manager, but as a server. When the opportunity arose to begin managing their social media, I took it. At that point, something clicked: A community-loved business began looking like a community-loved business, with the help of a social media presence. Word of mouth spread fast on socials and business started picking up again. It became clear to me that consistent, intentional content is vital to a brands online credibility.

That hands-on experience led into an intelligence-driven role where strategy was required and decisions couldn’t be made through guesswork. It was built on data, patterns, and predictable outcomes. I have carried that same mindset into every brandI have worked with since.

Three years of social media management later, I kept seeing the same problems: small business with real talent, real products, and real reputations, continuing to lose ground online. Not because they didn’t care about their online presence, but because no one had ever given them the right infrastructure.

That’s why I launched STRATSOCIAL. Not to chase a trend, but to close the marketing gap small businesses, solo-entrepreneurs, and those in hyper-niche industries face.

I have the skills and I have seen what works for companies just like yours. I genuinely want to help your company succeed, with or without me.

How the work actually happens:

the intelligence cycle adapted to marketing

1. Direction — What am I actually trying to achieve, and what number tells me we got there? Not "grow the account." "Fill the range on weekday mornings."

2. Collection — Pull the data. Your analytics, your competitors' public performance, audience behavior, seasonal patterns, review sentiment.

3. Processing — Turn raw numbers into something readable. Benchmarks, posting-time analysis, format performance, engagement by content type.

4. Analysis — Which formats work for this business, which competitor is beating them and how, where is the gap?

5. Production — Build the thing. Strategy, calendar, content, campaigns.

6. Dissemination — Publish. Right platform, right time, right format.

7. Feedback — Measure against the stage-1 number. Feed it back into direction. Cycle restarts.
